Service Description
◾️ Any location outside of the Genesee County area will be subject to a travel fee of $20 ◾️ These can be done at a location of the client's choosing. ◾️ 45-minute session, and unlimited photos during session time ◾️ All photoshoot pictures are emailed to you within 3-5 business days without any watermarks ◾️ Four (4) complimentary retouches. After your session, you can order additional retouches directly from your online gallery, starting at only $25 per photo.
Cancellation Policy
A late fee of $25 will be assessed after 15 minutes from shoot time; after 30 minutes, your appointment is forfeited. If you go over your scheduled time, it will be $75/every 1 1/2 hours. Use examples and show pictures of how you would like your image to look to make the overall process smoother. It is encouraged! Expedited photo services (24 hours or less is $125, 48 hours or less is $100 ) No-Call, No-Show: A $70 fee will be charged for rescheduling. Can I reschedule my session? Yes, within 24 hrs of your session. Reschedule Fees: A fee of $105 will be charged for rescheduling a second time. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-refundable !! When an adult does not accompany a minor, Martin Multimedia reserves the right to decline service to any underage client if the attire is inappropriate. Martin Multimedia staff reserves the right to decline service to any client if anything about the session is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or goes against our core company values. The use or display of guns (fake or real), gang signs, threatening or offensive language/hand gestures, or similar entities is not allowed. Smoking of any kind is prohibited while on the grounds. A maximum of two (2) unphotographed guests are allowed per session. We allow the photographer 15 minutes additional studio time to change backdrops, lighting adjustments, etc. This will not count against your scheduled session time. By booking an appointment, you agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions below. If you have different outfits to change into, please be advised that it will go towards you overall time. We advise that you come already dressed in your first outfit! Clients are welcome to bring their props if needed. I have small miscellaneous props in the studio and various solid-color backdrops. MAKE SURE YOU ASK BEFORE SHOOT. All photos will be given to customers digitally. I do not print images.
